What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, the service you're interested in, and information about your property or power bills. We may also collect photos or documents you send us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice work, arrange grid connection and rebate paperwork (such as STC claims), meet our legal and safety obligations, and keep records. We won't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to do the job: for example, your electricity distributor (Energex), rebate agents, equipment suppliers for warranty registration, and our accountant. We don't sell your information.

Website and overseas storage

Our quote form is processed by a third-party form service (Web3Forms), and our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These services may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites, to understand how the site is used.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
